Bed and Breakfast
B&B rates include overnight stay and breakfast.
Breakfast is served as a buffet and includes: jams of our own production, honey, biscuits and sweets of our own production, rusks, Lentini bread, butter, cold cuts, cheeses, fruit juices, water, cereals, yogurt, coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea.

The standard brick rooms are rooms located in the old original building, renovated in 2010. All rooms inrustic style they are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, television, hairdryer, refrigerator.
The rooms have large outdoor spaces in which to enjoy glimpses of the surrounding countryside full of smells and sounds of nature.

Included in the price is the use of the company's spaces and pool. Room cleaning is daily and includes linen and bath towels.
Half board
Half board is a rate that includes overnight stay, breakfast and dinner.
Dinner is with a fixed daily menu consisting of: homemade appetizers, a first course, a meat-based second course with side dish and dessert (drinks not included).
For the children we can make something more suited to their tastes.
Full board
Full board is a rate that includes consecutive overnight stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Meals are with a fixed daily menu (different between lunch and dinner) consisting of: house appetizers, a first course, a meat-based second course with side dish and dessert (drinks not included).

Regulation
Cancellations made up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date will not incur any penalty. Late cancellations will be charged for the first night. Failure to arrive will result in a penalty equal to the cost of the entire stay (overnight stay only). Any reductions in the length of stay are considered cancellations.
In special periods one is required30% penitential deposit to confirm the reservation, in case of cancellation or no-show it will not be refunded.
The special rates "Non refundable" in exchange for a discount, they require immediate payment of the entire stay. Cancellations, cancellations or no-shows do not give the right to any refund.
The balance of the booked stay must be paid at check-in.
Check-in time from 3.30pm to 11.30pm
Check-out time by 10.30am.
If the room is not vacated within this period, an additional overnight stay will be paid.
